Hello again, lafein, it’s been awhile hasn’t it? Please don’t think you’re a bother, I enjoy your company, or any company at that!
Yes, there’s nothing else I wish for but to return back home to my original lifestyle back in London. I could return to my studies, visit Hazel once more (my parents too should I have the time or patience for it) and perhaps even find a profession I can stick with. On the topic of what I hope for my future I would only pray it be a simple, normal even mundane one as I have gone through enough excitement to fit a life time. Wouldn’t you agree?
As much as I hope though do I truly believe my life will be completely normal after all this, granted I do survive? No, I don’t. No matter how hard I try I sincerely doubt I could ever forget the tribulations I’ve gone through, nor will the horrors of my past actions fully stop haunting me, and I refuse to take any amnesia potions as I believe this has been a life lesson for me. Already I can tell I’ve changed from what I once was and I know I’ll have to live a life of torment behind a mask of humanity. But…well if Hazel can continue conquering an illness that had set her time of death then maybe there’s even hope for me on returning to my original self? One can only try, and I will be sure to do my damnedest!
